Small Groups
Here at New Life we believe that a healthy church is one that meets together regularly within the church in corporate worship and outside Sunday mornings in small group communities. Acts 5:42 says "Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Christ." We as a church try to live this out through our Small Group ministry. We believe that you cannot live out the "One Another's" in scripture without spending time gathering with one another. These small group Bible studies allow adults to develop authentic accountable relationships with one another as they study and apply the Bible to their lives. Each week we have several different Community Groups (or small group Bible studies) that meet throughout the year for various lengths of time. Some groups meet for 8-10 weeks, take a break, and then start meeting again. While others meet every week throughout the year. Most of the groups meet on a weekly basis, but some chose to meet every other week. At any given time there are a variety of studies that range from: Bible book studies; Marriage enrichment studies; Parenting enrichment studies; or affinity groups such as a Women's bible study or "Empty Nester" Bible study.
